Disc and Diaphragm Couplings
Disc couplings transmit torque through thin stainless steel diaphragms, giving zero backlash and very high torsional rigidity with no wearing parts. They are the standard choice for servo-driven ball screws, CNC axes and any application where positioning accuracy matters more than vibration damping. Single-disc versions handle angular and axial misalignment; double-disc versions add parallel misalignment. Supplied in aluminium alloy, 45# steel and stainless steel, with clamp or expansion-sleeve hubs.
