Semikron IGBT modules are the power switches inside many frequency inverters, welders and UPS systems. We list SEMITRANS 2 and SEMITRANS 3 modules (SKM series) and SEMiX 3p and 6p press-fit modules in half-bridge (GB) and sixpack (GD) topologies, rated 1200 V and 1700 V, with collector currents from 100 A to 600 A.The code shows the main data: in SKM100GB12T4, 100 is the current class, GB a half-bridge, 12 the 1200 V class and T4 the chip generation.
