In short: RendatSP supplies original industrial spare parts from China to customers in any country. Every part carries a 1-year warranty. We ship by air in 5 to 7 days once the part is ready, and you can pay by any card, PayPal or bank transfer, or in some countries through our local agent. Send an order code or a nameplate photo to get a quote.

How ordering works

1. Send the part details. The full order code (for example 6ES7288-1ST40-0AA0 or VFD9A0MS43ANSAA), a clear photo of the nameplate, or a list of parts. Use the quote request form or WhatsApp.
2. We confirm the exact part. If a code is worn, discontinued or ambiguous, we check the variant and suggest the official successor when one exists.
3. You receive a quote with price, availability and the shipping cost to your country.
4. You pay by card, PayPal, bank transfer, or through our local agent where available.
5. We ship by air (5 to 7 days) and send you the tracking number.
6. After delivery we stay available on WhatsApp for installation questions and warranty support.

Shipping

We ship worldwide by air. Shipping takes 5 to 7 days from dispatch. Your quote states whether the part is ready to ship and the shipping cost to your address, so you know the timeline before you pay. Every shipment gets a tracking number.

Regular destinations include Saudi Arabia, Iraq, the UAE, Egypt, Libya, Oman, Morocco, Mauritania, Yemen, Jordan, Algeria, Syria and Turkey, and we accept orders from any other country.

Import duties and taxes depend on your country. If you need a specific delivery term, ask for it when you request the quote and we will state it in writing.

Payment

Warranty

All parts we supply are original and carry a 1-year warranty. If a part arrives with a quality problem, or does not match what you ordered, contact us by WhatsApp or email with your order number, photos of the part and a short description of the issue. Yes. We supply original parts with a 1-year warranty. If any item is offered as an alternative to the part you asked for, the quote says so clearly.

What do I need to send to get a quote?

The full order code or type code, a photo of the nameplate, or a list of parts with quantities. We confirm the exact match before quoting.

Can I order a single part?

Yes. There is no strict minimum for most parts. We supply single units for breakdowns and bulk orders for distributors.
