The Omron E6B2-CWZ6C 1000P/R 0.5M is a general-purpose incremental rotary encoder with an external diameter of 40 mm, a resolution of 1000 pulses per revolution and phase A, B and Z outputs. It has an NPN open-collector output, runs on 5 to 24 V DC and has a pre-wired 0.5 m cable, per the Omron E6B2-C data sheet.
