Covering motor currents of 0.25 … 0.4 A, the Schneider GV2ME03 is a 3-pole TeSys GV2 motor circuit breaker for motors of about 0.12 kW at 400 V.
A motor circuit breaker replaces fuses and a separate overload relay: it trips magnetically on short circuit and thermally on overload, and it can be locked off for maintenance.

Yes, the GV2 has an isolating function and can be padlocked in the off position with the appropriate accessory.
Is the magnetic trip adjustable?
No. Only the thermal (overload) setting is adjustable; the magnetic trip is fixed at 5.8 A.

0.25 … 0.4 A, adjustable on the front dial.
Can I add auxiliary contacts?
Yes, front GVAE or side GVAN auxiliary contact blocks can be fitted.
