The Siemens 6ES7288-1ST20-0AA1 is a SIMATIC S7-200 SMART CPU ST20 with 12 digital inputs and 8 digital transistor outputs on board. It is the DC\/DC\/DC version: 24 V DC supply, 24 V DC inputs and 24 V DC transistor outputs, which switch far faster than relays and do not wear out, which is what you want for high cycle rates, stepper and servo pulse trains and PWM control.<\/p>\n
